Luiss provides scholarships for sports to student-athletes in the Luiss Top Athletes (LTA)<\/strong> and Luiss Team (LT)<\/strong> categories. These scholarships may cover partial or full exemption<\/strong> from the tuition fees for the academic year in which the student is enrolled. The regional tax for the right to education<\/strong>, where applicable, remains excluded. In some cases, free accommodation and meals<\/strong> may also be granted.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each academic year, student-athletes in the LTA and LT categories must earn at least 50% of the required ECTS credits<\/strong> from their academic curriculum in order to maintain eligibility for the scholarship.<\/span><\/p>\n

Luiss awards scholarships for sporting merit in the following disciplines:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Equestrian<\/b><\/td>\nFencing<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Golf<\/b><\/td>\nSkiing<\/b><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Swimming\u00a0<\/b><\/td>\nTennis<\/b><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Note:<\/span><\/strong> The Luiss Sport Academy Commission<\/strong> may, based on available financial resources and specific evaluations, submit a proposal to the Luiss Executive Committee<\/strong> for extraordinary scholarships<\/strong> to be awarded to student-athletes in disciplines not listed above<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application Deadline<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The final deadline<\/strong> to apply for a merit-based sports scholarship is March 31<\/strong> of each academic year.<\/p>\n
