Basketball Series D, victory at PalaLuiss against Città Futura

Excellent race for Basket Serie D that, in the 6th day of the championship, beats the leader Città Futura for 74-68.

The match starts at a fast pace, with both teams fighting blow by blow. At the end of the first quarter the guests lead by 22-25.

In the second half, there is a succession of baskets from both sides until the long interval when the score is 42-41 for our team. Coach Piergiorgio Cairola switches the rotations in order not to overload with fouls important elements of the team.

In the last part of the game, the guests manage to take the lead, but ours raise the intensity and manage to close the gap. An effort that allows us to bring home the victory.

Honorable mentions for Antoci and Balducci. The two basketball players made the decisive plays in the final.
