Serie B basketball, Luiss Roma beats Fabriano and wins game 5

After the bitter defeat in game 3 (77-72) Luiss Roma compacted and played a game of heart and experience, beating Fabriano 71-81.
A painful and tight match for Paccariè’s boys who, after a false start, managed to get their hands on the match thanks to a 33-15 run.
Luiss ends the first half ahead 46-37, thanks to a solid defense and baskets from Legnini, Murri and Allodi who dominate under the scoreboards.
In the second half, Fabriano pushes with his last energies, but Luiss resists with experience and flies to +13 with a basket from Mimmo. The fourth ends 55-66 with a triple from Gulini.
Fabriano tries to come back pushed by Papa and Gulini and goes up to minus 3 on 66-69. It will be an offensive play by Murri and a recovered ball by Fallucca to bring Luiss ahead by 5.
Centanni’s triples crash on the rim and Luiss deservedly wins and the chance to play Game 5 at home on Wednesday 7 June at 8.30pm.
