B series basket: ahead with the third victory!

Another victory for LUISS basket for 80-68 which imposed it’s play and intensity in the key moments during the match against Cassino.

LUISS didn’t started well. Cold hands and low intensity given the chance to Del Testa (14p.) and Cena (23p.) to drive Cassino ahead.

Marcon (22p. 7r.) fought all over field and guided the university team. Veccia (15p.) scored two tree points shot.

Coach Paccariè decided to rotate his players in the first two quarters and this allowed the team to raise the defensive pressure, in this way Faragalli&Co. placed a break in the second quarter closing with a partial score of 25-6.

The third quarter opened like the first. LUISS team scored some points but Cassino started to believe in victory.

Beretta (8p.11r.) battled but has mistaken a lot while Bonaccorso (12p.) found important points under the basket.
Another time LUISS seems to be the more experienced team. Scudieri (12p.) has recuperated a lot of balls while Marcon continued to score a lot of points bringing LUISS team ahead.

Now basketball team have to focus on the next match against Patti.
