Soccer Eccellenza, Luiss CBill beaten at home by Colleferro

On Sunday, December 11, Luiss CBill meets Colleferro Calcio at home, but is defeated 1 to 3.
Our boys interpreted the match very well, playing very good soccer from the first minute: ball on the ground and quick triangulations created some goal chances.
In the 35th minute the referee awarded a free kick from the edge of the area for Colleferro, which, with a powerful shot, put the opponents ahead. Our boys do not lose confidence and continue to impose our game.
The second half begins with Colleferro in the lead. On a restart by De Vincenzi comes a perfect assist for D’Elia who kicks at the goal; the goalkeeper is very good at repelling, but here comes a very fast Rekik who this time gets the ball through and scores the goal of 1 -1.
A few minutes later comes another free kick on the edge of the box for Colleferro who does not miss and seals the lead.
Luiss continued to play looking for the equalizing goal. In the 83rd minute Di Costanzo’s throw serves the ball to De Vincenzi; the opponent’s goalkeeper stops him by coming out of the area and catching the ball with his hands, but the referee waves that it can be continued triggering protests from the whole team. We suffer the opponent’s restart that thus seals the 1-3 goal.
