The first message in view of the new beginning comes from Stefano Bottaro, Director of Human Resources AVIO, Official Partner AS Luiss and Main Sponsor of the team: “I wish the boys to participate in the championship with a view to growth, for this new challenge that awaits them. Over time, the idea is to improve results and be promoted to C1“.

Bottaro continued as follows: “Coach Granatelli has a background of great depth. He doesn’t lack the desire to make the boys grow. The regret is not being able to go to the games to support the team, but we hope that things will change in a positive way soon. As far as the partnership between AVIO and AS Luiss is concerned, our goal is twofold: on the one hand to make the Rugby section grow as much as possible, also creating moments of sharing and Corporate Team Building, on the other hand – being listed on the stock exchange – to make the brand known to grow on the market, pushing people to approach the company”.

Coach Granatelli, on the other hand, charge as follows: “Resuming the activity in a prestigious field strongly motivates us. This season will be very important, because for the first time in many years the team will be joined exclusively by Luiss student athletes. An ambitious goal, since rugby requires a squad of at least 30-35 players. In our sport we need determination, resilience and teamwork. Values that, in addition to being fundamental in the field, are crucial in the workplace and that, combined with the right competence, can also make a difference in a managerial future”.

The coach and our boys have the best of luck!
