Arrigo Sacchi, Mauro Vladovich and Daniele De Rossi open the VIII Edition of the Team Manager Class
On Friday, February 26 and Saturday, February 27, the first two days of the Team Manager Class were held. At The Dome 2 of the Luiss Campus in Viale Romania 32, the 135 students enrolled listened to the testimonies of prominent guests from the Italian sports scene.
On Friday, coach Arrigo Sacchi and FIGC organizational secretary Mauro Vladovich spoke. The coach of the super Milan team of the late 80’s and the former Team Manager of Italy told storyes related to their experiences on the field.
On Saturday, instead, the University hosted one of the most relevant figures of Italian soccer: Daniele De Rossi. The 2006 World Champion shared the stage with former player Guglielmo Stendardo. Their discussion was followed by the Q&A with the students present.
The events were moderated by RAI journalist Alessandro Antinelli with the participation of Luiss managers. The General Manager Giovanni Lo Storto, the Pro-Rector for Education Roberto Pessi and the Director of AS Luiss Paolo Del Bene also gave their speech.
To witness the growing interest in the course, the connection of eight Italian universities through the Cisco WebEx platform: University La Sapienza, University of Trento, University of L’Aquila, University of Trieste, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, University of Cassino, University of Chieti-Pescara and IULM.
Planning of the Team Manager Class
The second module will take place on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 March, at the Luiss headquarters in Viale Romania 32. Speakers will be Stefano Dealessi, Elisa Guarnieri, Alessandro Pinto and Daniele Masala.
The third module will take place on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th March, at the Luiss offices in Viale Romania 32. The lessons will be held by Alessandro Antinelli, Stefano Meloccaro and Guglielmo Stendardo.
