AS Luiss and the Degree Course in Motor Sciences of the University of Rome Tor Vergata: “Together for Sport”.
Thanks to the agreement between the Luiss Sports Association and the Bachelor of Science in Physical Education of the University of Rome Tor Vergata, fourteen students from the Master’s degree courses Stampa (Technical Sciences of Preventive and Adapted Physical Activities) and Technical Sports Science will be included in the AS Luiss teams.
The students will carry out their curricular internship as physical trainers. This activity is part of the Luiss Sport Lab “Gianni Delfini” project and frames the importance of physical preparation related to the measurement of sports performance, an activity monitored in the Lab’s sports protocols.
The trainees will have the opportunity to collaborate with the AS Luiss technical-scientific staff to organize functional evaluation tests on the teams and learn through human performance tests the area of Corporate Welfare. The AS Luiss teams that will participate in this experimentation will be: Basketball Serie B, Women’s Basketball, Excellence Football, Junior Football, Men’s Volleyball, Women’s Volleyball, Padel, Rugby, Swimming, Tennis, Rowing, Athletics, Cycling and Alpine Skiing.
