Tennis, first victory for the AS Luiss Capital Advisory Team

It wasn’t long before the first victory arrived for the AS Luiss men’s tennis team, which beat the Ronciglione team 2-1.

Star of the first match, Giacomo Russo: initially under 1-4 in the score, then recovers the set on 4-4. Point after point the first set arrives at the tiebreak that Russo wins in fluency for 7-2.

Advantage that continues in the second set with a suffered 6-4.

The second game sees Saverio Tripetti win in a short time a 6-3 over his opponent. But in the second set Tripetti fails to take advantage of the opportunity to close the match losing 4-7.

Tiebreak match full of emotions: again Tripetti starts well bringing the result on 9-5. The match, however, is not closed because the opponent collects 5 consecutive points and the possibility to win the match. But our player does not give up: he cancels the match ball and wins the tiebreak 12-10.

Doubles lost instead by Valerio Gerone and Giacomo Russo 6-1 6-1. With the result of 2 to 0 the opponents won the doubles and did not return home empty-handed.
