Luiss Winter Week 2023, last places available!

There are the last places left available for the Luiss Winter Week 2023!

The first week will be held from February 5-11, 2023, and the second week from February 12-18, both at San Martino di Castrozza (Trentino-Alto Adige).

The cost of participation is € 570.00 and includes:
– Half-board treatment
– Roundtrip transportation by coach
– Conventions with ski schools/equipment rental

Correct registration will be considered only after sending a copy of the transfer to sport@luiss.it.

Enrollment and payment methods
To complete registration it is necessary to:

1. Fill out the form of the desired week:
a. Week 1: February 5-11, 2023: click here
b. Week 2: February 12-18, 2023: click here
2. Make the transfer as per the instructions below
3. Send a copy of the transfer to the email address sport@luiss.it, specifying in the body of the email your first name, last name, freshman, cell phone and email address.

The payment must be made by bank transfer by entering in the reason for payment “SURNAME NAME – LUISS WINTER WEEK 2023” (e.g. “MARIO ROSSI – LUISS WINTER WEEK 2023”); afterwards, a copy of the bank transfer must be sent by email to sport@luiss.it together with the data indicated above.

The place will result booked only and exclusively by paying the total fee of €570.00 by Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., after filling out the form.

PLEASE NOTE: It will not be possible to request a refund of the fee for any reason, except for health reasons, by sending medical certification for inability to participate. However, the refund will be evaluated by the Sports Management.
