Women’s Football, stop for Maurizi’s girls: Aranova wins 5-2

A defeat for the girls of Calcio Femminile, beaten 5-2 by Aranova after a match full of emotions.

The beginning of the challenge was favorable to Maurizi’s team, immediately ahead 1-0. With the passing of time, Aranova increases its pressing and ball possession, putting the team in difficulty and scoring three goals. The first half ends 3-1 for the opponents.

In the second half, Luiss returned to the field with the right kind of aggressiveness. An approach that allows us to shorten the result immediately. With the worsening of the weather conditions and the playing field, however, Aranova manages to find the way to the goal twice more.

The challenge, despite the defeat, showed our girls’ desire to never give up. Always Forza Luiss!
